Kevin M. RossKevin M. Ross, NHA, MPH

With over 25 years of healthcare experience in a variety of leadership positions, Kevin serves as President & CEO of Main Line Senior Care Alliance (MLSC), a position he has held since 2010. Prior to coming to MLSC, Kevin was Vice President of Nursing Home Operations for NewCourtland Elder Services in Philadelphia where he was responsible for the operation of seven nursing homes. He was also part of the executive leadership of SunBridge Healthcare, a for-profit healthcare company that owned and operated over 400 nursing homes. Having held a number of positions in the management of hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, and long-term care facilities, Kevin knows the healthcare and nursing home industries extremely well. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the Tulane University School of Public Health, Kevin is dedicated to the residents’ quality of life and to upholding the mission of Saunders House and Bryn Mawr Terrace. A resident of Voorhees, NJ, Kevin is married and has two children.

Stacey Houseknecht, NHA, CTRS

Saunders House

Stacey Houseknecht, NHA, CTRS, is the Administrator of Saunders House.  A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Stacey has a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from York College of Pennsylvania and earned her Nursing Home Administrator License from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Stacey is in charge of the day to day mangement and operation of the 180-bed nursing care center that provides adults with short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care.  Stacey joined the staff at Saunders House in 2012 as the Director of Quality of Life, and has worked at our sister facility, Bryn Mawr Terrace, as the interim Administrator on the Impressions Memory Care Unit.  Prior to joining the staff at Saunders House, Stacey worked at NewCourtland for over 10 years as the Director of Therapeutic Recreation.  Stacey's primary focus is ensuring the delivery of resident-focused care, using well-trained staff, and implementing "best practices" to provide quality care for all of our residents.

Curtis HammondCurtis A. Hammond, RN, BSN

Director of Nursing
Saunders House 

For over 27 years, Curtis has held a number of nursing and care management positions in organizations in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, including Crozer-Chester Medical Center. A graduate of the Chester County School of Nursing, Curtis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Immaculata College. Prior to coming to Saunders House Curtis served six years in the US Army as a Combat Medical-Specialist, as an Assistant Director of Nursing for a Watermark care facility in Alexandra, VA, where he provided clinical oversight for a skilled nursing and long term care unit.  Additionally, Curtis worked for 12 years with the Genesis Healthcare System in variety of nurse management positions. For the last six years, Curtis has served as the Nurse Manager for the Rehabilitation Unit at Saunders House.  He has strong clinical and leadership skills, and provides a strong emphasis on the quality of care and resident satisfaction. A resident of West Chester, Curtis is an active member of the St. Paul’s Baptist Church.
