As Saunders House grows and evolves to meet the needs of older adults in our community, our need for dedicated and talented professionals also continues to grow. Our team is at the heart of everything we do.

Saunders House currently has close to 300 full- and part-time staff members who are committed to serving the residents of Sanders House. Our professional staff includes nurses, social workers, therapeutic recreation specialists and dietary specialists. We also have a dedicated team of dining services, administrative, and environmental services staff. Our staff is supported by a medical director who specializes in geriatrics, as well as by a team of occupational, physical, and speech therapists.
